In order to enhance product quality and process stability, we have established the Quality Management System at an early period, and obtained ISO9001 certification. We try to provide the products of integrity that always satisfy customer requirements. And furthermore, we make efforts to study the latest information and technology so that we can provide much better products.

Based on the quality control of ISO9001 acquired in 2000, we are striving to stabilize and improve product quality.
Work Standardization
We try to establish work standards for employees through work standards, procedure manuals, etc. for various processes. We regularly conduct in-house patrols and work together to improve work.
Implementation of quality improvement education
We work to improve our quality control capabilities, such as training new employees and inspectors by our in-house quality education system. In addition, we actively participate in the acquisition of qualifications related to quality control and work to improve our knowledge and skills.

Inspections are carried out by inspectors who have been certified by the company’s internal certification system.

We build an in-house inspection system (inspection items, inspection methods, quantities, etc.) according to the customer’s product specifications.

Environmental Initiatives
Our workers have high environmental consciousness,
and are doing various activities, in a bottom-up style.
We would like to contribute and serve steadily to the regional environment, even with tiny things.
All the workers do road-cleaning, pick up litter, and weed around our company/plants, twice a month.
We have established the Environmental Management System, and obtained ISO14001 certification.
ISO promotion meeting is held in a top-down style.
We continue considering seriously, on the whole company basis,
what we can do for the environment.
